PIP HEALTHCARE FOR HORSES 

Chrisal's PIP for Horses products use good (Probiotic) bacteria to manage the micro flora on the animal’s skin and environment. Unlike harsh disinfectants, biocides and antibacterial treatments PIP products create a healthy and stable environment.

PIP Horse Leg Cleaner is an active bacteria controller to lower the risk of bacterial skin infections such as Mud Fever, Greasy Heel and Rain Scald.

How it works:

PIP HLC coats the applied area in good Probiotic bacteria, unlike biocides and disinfectants which kill all bacteria, good and bad, on the horses skin.

The good bacteria in the product consume any moisture on the legs keeping them free from infectious pathogens.

Product Range:

The PIP for Horses range are all efficient cleaners enriched with safe probiotic bacteria. They create stable and healthy micro biota in the environment and protect the animal from bacterial infection. They are 100% safe for the animal and the user.

1) PIP Horse Leg Cleaner

Designed to lower the risk of bacterial problems such as Mud Fever, Greasy Heel, Rain Scald and Thrush. PIP HLC is a strongly concentrated cleaner that will establish a stable and healthy micro flora on the horse’s legs by occupying the surfaces with safe probiotic bacteria. It is to be used twice daily to gain optimum long lasting results.

2) PIP Animal Housing Cleaner

Eliminates the need to use harsh chemical agents such as disinfectants and biocides which can harm animals and humans alike. It uses a strong concentrated foam cleaner with a probiotic bacterial base which protects the animal’s environment by establishing a stable and healthy micro flora level.

3) PIP Animal House Stabiliser

An extremely concentrated formula containing Probiotics which protects the animal’s environment. The stabiliser is to be used in conjunction with the PIP Animal Housing Cleaner to promote a stable and healthy micro flora ensuring you are protecting your animal’s health and wellbeing. 

In addition to the above PIP products it is recommended for optimal hygiene mangement that the following also be used in your horses' environment. 

PIP PLUS WATER

PIP Plus Water will permanently (whilst using the product) remove biofilm from the water pipes without the need for draining. The natural formation of biofilm in water systems frequently cause decreased flow and provide hiding places that boosts the development of harmful bacteria.

Because of its neutral composition, PIP Plus Water is a healthy additive that is completely harmless, non-corrosive and can be safely applied to all types of water systems.

PIP Water Plus water is biologically degradable, non-flammable, non-foaming and non-volatile.

PIP HAND SOAP

For optimal hand hygiene during contact with animals Chrisal have developed PIP Hand Soap. PIP Hand Soap uses the same Probiotic principle as any other PIP product. The hands become colonised with good bacteria during washing and as a result the risk of cross-contamination is decreased.
